Background

Zimbabwe Tenants and Lodgers Association Trust formed The Low Income housing and Land Developers. The Civil Servants Stop Order for housing development and the Civil Servants housing development Trust order to correct problems faced by member lodgers and challenges faced by Zimbabweans who are  homeless through the hands of he then existing land development practitioners, problems such as failure to construct roads, water, sewage and such other services, also failing to provide the residential stands bought despite members having paid full amounts. Housing projects done by Low Income housing are risk free, crafted to suit Zimbabwe low income, have benefited over 10 000 who were paying monthly from US$30.00.

HOW TO GET A RESIDENTIAL STAND THROUGH OUR PROJECTS

MODE {1} ONE

CASH PRICE: Full payments are deposited into Trust Account with client’s legal practitioners or Estate Agents, or we make use of our registered Estate Agency, Clients are made to pay the full amount, surveyors fees, Deeds office registration fees, Government tax fees, Council waiting list and council fees we provide all wanted documents.

MODE {2} TWO BOND SYSTEM

A deposit of US$300 is paid to us to enable us to start collecting all documents required, do photo copies, liase with authorities and general administration. This figure is none refundable if sale fails to go through. Take notice that this applies to residential stands which we are directly or indirectly dealing with.

MODE {3} THREE PAYMENTS PLAN SYSTEM

The payment plan system is a simple real affordable model of purchasing our acquiring residential stands, this has benefited our 10 000 Low Income earners obtaining their stands through our projects. Monthly payments are done at office towards purchase price, or deposits or serving debts. No deposits are required to be paid, clients/members just pay from as little as US$30.00 and sky is the limit, and we encourage members how ever to pay more in order that they reach required amounts which are as guidelines to enable one to occupy stands or being allowed to take stand occupation. Clients who have reached at least half of the total amounts are allowed to construct.

MODE {4} FOUR. DEPOSITS AND BALANCES

A good deposit of half or more is required for one to occupy a stand, balances are payable in monthly instalments from US$80.00. It is the discretion of Low Income Housing to allow a client to occupy a stand.

Risk and loss

All our projects are designed to prevent risk. No project under us has been affected by major natural causes or manmade disasters, development problems or other threats which deprives our general subscribers of their hard earned funds.

Natural disasters we refer to some problems which are not caused by errors from our administration. Manmade disasters we refer to problems which are caused by poor planning. In our office we have not been affected by such and our operations prevent such for the benefit of our members.

 

Natural disasters

We as an organization cannot be able to prevent actions beyond our control, however our organization is well equipped to deal with such and cannot deal in land/stands which are risk, we weigh risks.

 

Debtors with various amounts;-

Our organization has over 5000 debtors who are in default in large amounts, we now negotiate with prospective or clients to reach a fair payment which does not suffocate developments before one is permitted to occupy a residential stand.
